"Nice clean quiet. What I would recommend, breakfast needs upkeep. We were there at 8am. Breakfast should be a little later for weekends. It was over at 9. Very few tater tots, 2 spoons of eggs were dried out. Had to ask for milk and orange juice, need sugar free syrup. Ask and they brought out more bagels and muffins. I understand we were 3 of few guests, but needed better upkeep. Also, not sure when the pool should be open, but the pool was dirty and hot tub empty. I know kids are looking for...

"We went on a trip for my birthday. We usually travel to Rockport for my birthday, but my father in law's place was occupied, so we decided to do something different this year. All I can say is that we had a great time and if your looking for some peace and quiet, this is the place to go! We had a very great experience and we will be going again when we get the chance."

"This is our 3rd time at this property and as always we very much enjoyed it. The house is great and everything you need is available in the unit. Very quiet and very peaceful area. Hubby enjoyed fishing on the pier and I just enjoyed relaxing for a few days. We will be back again soon."

"Property was set up beautifully along the water. We saw a dolphin while fishing. All items were there for a great experience. Would recommend this to anyone. Only downside is distance away from stores if needed. But the owner clearly informs you of this prior to your stay."
