"My stay was good, but not perfect. The reception is very friendly, very helpful. The rooms were nice but few things were missing; no tissues, no AC while the room was very warm, no shower gels. The shower area had a half glass door which made it difficult to shower without having the water being poured everywhere. However, it is a nice a location, close to the mentro station, and very friendly staff. "

"Not your typical hotel. There's no staff in case you have a question, or need something. You are provided with sparse amounts of Soap, towels, blankets, and had just one pillow. Decent sized room, and the bed was comfortable."

"Complicated communication. I had to write to have the room number. The chamber number is not noted in the application of the electronic opening. I was on the street there is no curtain while there are windows in front of. We must close the obscuring curtain. It's a shame the studio is nice and functional. No sponge to clean."

Also, the wifi is not working properly and sometimes connection are very bad. Regarding the drinking water, which should be provided for a hotel of this class, I was told the water tap provides drinking water... which I think and i was told by my cologne friends is not good and clean to drink. "Overall a nice place in a great location! Corridors are a little creepy and the elevator is tiny but it’s a small hotel so not a problem! Did get woken up by a cleaner/staff banging on the door at 10am without requesting a wake up call but room was clean, modern and safe!"

We actually had to drive an extra 20 mins away from the city before getting to the hotel. This is because their address is not correctly entered. "Facility was in a great location, and the room was excellent. The check in process was informal, may not have been a regular employee; we got the keys fine, but no wifi password. Later we also found the room had no soap. Checking out was a mystery, the hotel lobby was locked. We ended up dropping the keys in the mailbox. Overall I think we would stay again, the hotel facilities are great, but the customer interaction (or lack thereof) needs some work."
