Spacious property, clean, a little dark with brown being the dominant colour. Welcome milk, tea, coffee, sugar, no welcome pack. Oven needs cleaning. Comfy beds. Bedroom overly garden on the chilly side. Loved the location, Fortingall very beautiful."

"Such a beautiful location and cottage. Stayed in the Oak 2 Bed cottage and this was a home from home. They think of everything (including sachets of condiments). This stay was perfect for me, my partner and our 9 month old baby. The bedrooms are so spacious so plenty of room for a travel cot in the main bedroom with you or the 2nd bedroom. Waking up and opening the curtains to the views and the sheep was fantastic. We would definitely be going back."

"Lovely stay, staff were brilliant.Had DBB only suggestion would be about the meal, Prawn Cocktail bland & Shepherds Pie was lovely, but could have been a bit biggger! Risotto was delicious. Spa was really good, Pool, Jacuzzi, Steamroom & Sauna. Hotels is lovely, my only gripe was outside bar is in the car park, they could maybe enclose it in! All in all great stay & we would return, as great location. "
