"Very close to historical downtown and other shopping. What I didn’t like was dusty inside and the disposing of our trash was not super clear. Overall, I would not hesitate to stay there again or any other Tucker Stay property."

"We had a very relaxing stay at Pelicans Perch! We have stayed at this apartment before and loved it then. Still loved it now! It was clean, relaxing, beautiful gardens, very nice bathroom essentials. In fact, I just ordered the shampoo and shower soap. Very luxurious! Wendy and Michael are great hosts, they’re available but , in no way intrusive."

"I needed a place to stay a few nights by myself because my wife was not able to come with me. I didn't want to pay for a large unit a hotel with amenities I would not use, such as a conference room, free breakfast, office with a printer, etc. This was priced perfectly and was basically equal to a hotel room, only not as costly. The pool is nice, but I did not have time to use it. The bed was very comfortable. I have degenerative disc disease and have to sleep on a level bed, not one that sags...

"This rental is well located, walking distance to beach. Easy access as well. The unit is on lower level so we could hear people walking or moving furniture above. Beach chairs, towels, umbrella, and wagon were available, which was very nice. There were no spices in the kitchen though and the bed was noisy. Overall we enjoyed our stay."

"Basic furniture and minimum appliances. Overall nice unit everything appeared newly built or upgraded. Very nice modern shower but no shelve or place for soap or shampoo . Kitchen electrical outlets location makes them almost unusable."
