Nice Place

Property was great for what was needed. Not the nicest neighborhood, but close to food and shopping and property was clean and great communication with owner. Would stay again.

Family visit

We were happy with the accommodations. Check in was a bit crazy as we first had the wrong code then there were two keypads and one was dark and it was nighttime. But all in all a good place to stay.

My wife was having surgery at the Mayo Building and hospital. I had to drive to and from the hospital. I was pleased with the location and drive to the mayo Hospital.It was close to everything to the stores i needed to go to..

Good location in Sandlewood

We booked this accommodation because we are trying to scope out this neighborhood. And several other neighborhoods this was essentially located. It absolutely met our needs. The kitchen was well stocked having two bathrooms as always lovely. In the bed was very comfortable. We only use the loft.

The rental was great

The rental was great parking was great for (2) cars. My family greatly enjoyed the patio. The beds were very comfortable. The only complaint was that the silverware needs to be updated, but I would most definitely would rent again. 20 minutes at the most to get to the beach. My sister and I really enjoyed the rental.

Awesome rental!

Your rental is lovely, well decorated and very clean. Though we did not need to utilize them, I appreciate all the thoughtful and considerate little extras you provided (ie. toothbrush, toothpaste, snacks, drinks, etc). I also appreciate your expedient responses. Everything was perfect for our stay. The only thing I could suggest for future reference, not that it was any inconvenience for us, is to repair the dishwasher and have the front grass area mowed.

Concert stay

It worked for what we needed. The upstairs bedroom was open on two of the walls which was nice during the day but lacked privacy at night. The snacks and waters were a nice treat. It was a little dated and the floors upstairs squeaked and there were repairs that were either progress or needed to be made but we were only there for one night and it wasn’t anything on function. The host was great and check in was easy.

We didn’t bring Shampoo, conditioner or body wash or soap because it was listed as provided. We flew, so that was less we had to bring. Well, there was ZERO shampoo, conditioner, body wash and soap. I didn’t discover it until I was in the shower with wet hair at 5 am this morning!That was a terrible excuse for a shower and we all had to fly home dirty!!

We had roaches. There was trash underneath bathroom cabinet. It could have been cleaned outside better. Grill was filthy and could not use. We had problems with the lock not working. It was just okay. Grass wasn’t mowed till after we got there. Wouldn’t stay again.

Good for the price

This was a new listing so I was a little nervous since it didn't have any reviews to go off of but everything was fine! We had a party to go to in Jacksonville so the location was perfect as it wasn't too far. The price was good for what you get. Pictures are accurate as well. I will say that there is a Kuerig machine but no kcups so if you need coffee you'll have to bring your own. We were fine without it though!
