"This was our second time staying at Lynstone Lakes, and it didn't disappoint. The cabin was super clean, and had everything we needed, including a litre of milk, toilet paper and clean towels. The kitchen is really well stocked too with utensils and equipment. The location is brilliant, secluded so its quiet, but only a 15 minute walk into Bude along the road, or slightly longer along the scenic canal. "The picture advertised was not what was offered. The cleanliness was shocking, stains on duvets, towels, bed sheets and pillows - think bad and disgusting and you aren’t even close. Had 3 nights booked, left on day one. Poor health and safety with cables trailing across floors, screws in the carpet and a lighter found under a bed (I was with 4 kids, shocking). Now. "We had a great holiday, started with Andrew showing us to the log cabin to give us a quick run down of the lodge and supporting documentation, which we found really useful. Andrew then left stating if we needed any help with anything do not hesitate to call. The lodge was the cleanest and best equipped that we have ever stayed in, everything has been thought of. "We had a great stay in this lovely lodge in a very peaceful location. Slight hiccup on arrival but this was quickly sorted and didn't spoil our stay at all. The lodge was ideally placed for many local beaches, walks and attractions. Stu was the perfect host and the kids are already asking when we can return! Simply the best holiday 😊"

"I've stayed there twice now on each visit to Plymouth. The rooms have been refreshed, clean and the area is generally fairly quiet. The location means you can walk to the Hoe, Barbican readily, and the Drake Circus is 5 minutes away. If I return to Plymouth, I'd readily come back!! And the staff are great :) "

"We had the best time onboard, we are a family of 5 staying 4 nights, there was plenty of room and the cleanliness and facilities were outstanding, glen and Emma are so lovely and brought fresh bottles of water, milk, bread. Grosvenor hotel stay
"Great value especially for single travellers. Rooms small but with everything you need. On street parking is £2.50 for after 9 pm until 9am. For those with limited mobility DO need to check location of room as there is no lift and we were on the 4th floor. We managed ok but wouldn’t want to climb stairs too often in 1 day! I would definitely recommend this hotel though, pleasant helpful staff. Room very clean and comfortable. "
