"Property is in a great location for access to slopes and just a short walk to bars and restaurants in Bruyères area. Only real criticism is it’s smaller than it looked on the photos but was still ok for us. Wi-Fi wasn’t available 8n the upstairs of the property until a new hotspot was put in on our last day."

"So myself, my wife and our dog stayed in Yves apartment for 5 weeks over January and February. We had family join us for a week. The location of the apartment is brilliant. It literally is ski in ski out. The bottom of Le Croisiette is 400m down the slopes. There is a nice snowy footpath to walk into town which takes around 10mins with the normal amenities. 5 mins uphill is Bruyères and Reberty which has a small supermarket and a couple of restaurants. "This is a fantastic place to go skiing in Les Trois Vallees. The elevator to town makes it so central and people will ski almost right next to your balcony. You'll have to carry your skis for a total of maybe 20 meters just out the door and off you go. You will have a great view on the mountains and on Les Menuires which is lit up nicely at night. "This was our second visit to Kaya. It won't be our last. The staff were incredible. The location is breathtaking and the access to the 3 Valleys is perfect. Facilities ticked every box. Really nice pool, steam room and sauna. the breakfast filled us up for a long day on the mountains. The evening meals weren't the best value compared to nearby restaurants but were still delicious. This place is an absolute winner. "
