"Staff were good and buffet breakfast was lovely. The room itself was okay but the bathroom is badly in need of repairs and modernising. Leaks from basin tap and obviously from the basin itself as bathroom floor ended up with water running across it. No exhaust fan apparent. Stains in the toilet bowl. Really dated and in poor condition."
