It was great the only thing is that google maps is not updated with the hotel (as there are 2 hotels in that city) and it took me a lot of time to locate the hotel, if only they have that updated it would have been great!

La localidad la anuncian como que está a distancia muy corta como que puedes caminar al estadio León, PURA MENTIRA, está a 12 minutos en taxi, la habitación no tenia jabón ni shampoo ni papel higiénico, solo pequeños detalles.

Bed had hairs & dirt asked for a room change & front desk clerk looked upset & moved sooooo slow , took her 25 minutes to change our room, the only person that actually helped was the security who was changing our keys and taking us to our rooms.

Servicio poco cordial No atienden con una sonrisa o amabilidad. Cuando sali del hotel y dije gracias me ignoro la seńorita de recepción. Para atencion de limpieza me limpiaron hasta las 4:15 pm. Cuando deberia ser a medio dia. No contestan pronto en recepcion. Tu e que estar marcamdo repetidas veces para obtener atencion. Muy mal sevicio en general. No lo recomiendo para nada!!!!

There was a little discrepancies in the room. This was a third time staying here and we love it. But in one of the rooms, there was an odd odor, but the staff immediately gave us another room with no issues.

Very nice staff they helped us with our doubts and needs when we needed a taxi they recommended the best service. We stayed six nights and it was nice and quiet all night. Thanks again

I would recommend this hotel. Clean room and friendly staff. Do not expect any luxury. A/C too noisy.

I was personally pleased with what the hotel offered; A clean and immaculate room with USB hookups for charging and outlets on two walls and also in the lobby. This is important these days for the modern guest. The price was low for our one night stay yet it came with a simple breakfast in the lobby, exercise equipment room, vending machine, ice machine and downstairs restrooms. I was proud of my choice in the hotel. I live in San Doego.
