The room was quite clean, although it was a weird smell. The hotel itself is beat up and really dirty. The staff was mew. Ants was in our room too.

1980’s. Peeling paint, needs more outlets in room. Microwave not plugged in, had to disconnect tv to heat food. Entire facility needs to be painted and updated. Very convenient to the airport.

To start, the only toilet paper in the bathroom was an unopened package in the ice bucket on the sink, and that roll was wet. The worst part, however, was the fact that the bathtub didn't have a shower. There was a shower head, but there was no way to turn the shower on. There was only a handle to turn the water on. So I had to crouch in the tub and splash water on myself to take a shower. I couldn't even wash my hair in the bathroom sink because the sink didn't have hot water. This all happened at 4am when I had to shower before getting to the airport. I went to the front desk to speak with someone; however, nobody was there. I called the front desk and nobody answered. I was completely flabbergasted.

Did not like anything. Very dirty with mold on the ceiling. The hallway is filled with a heavy Marijuana smell. Had to change rooms due to the smoke detector hanging from the ceiling and the obvious smoke smell. Breakfast consists of a brown bag with an apple, water, apple juice and a fruit bar. Creamer for the coffee smelled off.

Quiet which was a plus but the hotel is tired and needs a full renovation. The owners use the drop off area as their own parking. The entry and exit doors are difficult to open and unsafe and you cannot use your key to re-enter. The room was good overall with Comfy beds and good climate control but the facility was a bit dirty and dingy. The ice machine didn’t work consistently and there was no water in the water machine.

Would not recommend ! Definitely not worth the $150/night that we paid! Dirty, stained walls and literally cob webs in the corners of the ceiling. Didn’t want to walk barefoot on the carpet! Such a rip off! But they know they can charge whatever since it’s close to the airport.

My recent stay at Baymont by Wyndham was far from satisfactory, marred by several cleanliness issues that greatly impacted our comfort and well-being. Upon entering the room, one of the first things we noticed was the presence of mold inside the fridge. This was not only unsightly but also a significant health concern, especially for my son who started coughing shortly after we settled in, likely due to the mold in the room. Adding to our discomfort was the overall lack of cleanliness. The room was visibly dusty, making the environment feel unhygienic and unpleasant. However, the most troubling aspect was the state of the bathroom. It was dirty, with areas that clearly hadn't been properly cleaned, leaving me with a feeling of unease. At one point, I even felt like something was crawling on my skin, which was quite unsettling and made it difficult to relax. Given these issues, I had to call Expedia to request a full refund and find alternative accommodation. As a guest at Baymont by Wyndham, I expected a certain level of cleanliness and attention to detail, which unfortunately was lacking during our stay. I hope that these issues can be addressed promptly to ensure a better experience for future guests.

We arrived at the hotel and checked in. When we reached the room my wife had to use the bathroom. When she went to flush, there was no water. When we asked the front desk, they stated that they had an issue and had to turn the water off but we were nevwr told about this. They description stated free breakfast and if staying at other hotels we were expecting a regular breakfast. It ended up being a bag with items that i would not consider a breakfast. The shower did not have a plastic shower curtain, so the bathroom became flooded with water when we took a shower. We asked for extra towels and it took two requests before we received them.

The Continental Breakfast consisted of a sometimes not full paper bag of mostly prepackaged food. Many things didn't work -- ATM, ice cream machine. First room had a smoke detector that was detached and in a dresser drawer. This was reported, but it wasn't fixed. Switched rooms. The second room had a leaky faucet that was "fixed" by turning off the hot water valve. This was reported, but it wasn't fixed. Housekeeping never showed up. Front desk staff was not very friendly, except for the gentleman who checked me in. Definitely not recommended.

I was really hoping the reviews were inaccurate! Unfortunately they aren’t, upon entering my room the toilet was running and I quite literally had to take the back of and mess with it for it to stop, tissue was stuffed in the door key hole, walls visibly dirty, the lower part of the mirror was covered in what appeared to be dog slobber, the chair had something white spilled on it. I was on the first floor when I entered the window was open, no locks-not a safe area, window was also smashed in the bottom corner, floor covered in all types of debri, including stuff up to the size of a pen. I’m led to believe my room wasn’t cleaned at all. Behind the entertainment stand had only two outlets so I had to physically move the stand out to unplug the microwave and plug in the refrigerator-which smelled of spoiled food-probably why it wasn’t plugged in. Overall a horrible experience. I travel for work and stay in hotels three nights a week. I’ve stayed sketchy places but this is by far the worst place I’ve ever stayed. 10/10 don’t recommend.

Our room was absolutely atrocious. It smelled, our bathroom mirror looked like it was clean with a wet paper towel and not dried...water marks all over the mirror. The staff was not friendly at all, not even a smile. There was no coffee or hot water in the lobby. The hotel smelled badly and was just outright nasty. Dirty carpet. I didn't even want to touch anything in my room because of how it was. We were extremely disappointed especially since it was by Wydham. Never again.

You could tell that this property was aged, and would benefit greatly from a more consistent cleaning regimen for both the rooms and the property in general. As for the included breakfast, it was bare bones, not an amenity that should be advertised. Despite this though, the hotel staff were very kind. The room did not have any bugs present, and the check out/check in process was easy and simple. A suitable place to sleep for a couple of nights. Thank you for your hard work!
