"We had 4 rooms in our group that were paid at booking. 3 rooms were charged at check in and told, “it’s because Hotels.com used the wrong code”. Watching to be sure we are refunded the extra charges. Very frustrated. The manager wouldn’t even bother to speak to me in person, just over the phone. Terrible customer service by her. I certainly hope they are able to figure out the issue. Not at all comfortable with their process. I have never, in all my years utilizing Hotels.com, had this happen."
