There is an informational binder in the room that states only enough soap, shampoo, and body wash provided for 1 day and guest is responsible for the other days. however there was no body wash so i would recommend bringing your own toiletries. "We really enjoyed this property. It was very clean, the neighborhood was quiet, it was a perfect spot for us to land for a couple of days. The washer dryer was a nice bonus. I was having trouble communicating with the host, but it may have been my issue it was the first time with the vrbo app. I'm not very techy. I was a little disappointed that there was only enough coffee for two cups (one a piece) for one morning. Overall Great Stay!"

"I love booking with Florida Vacation Homes but was disappointed that I couldn’t get into the property for my early check in. The property was filthy on the outside in the back and front. The pool and spa cooled off on day 3 of my 7 day stay and I paid for them to be heated. The showers on the upper level were cold and little water flow. The cookware was minimum.
