Charming Suite In The Heart Of Lakeland

Our cozy suite is located less than 10 minutes from downtown Lakeland and less than an hour from Disney World!
Walking distance to many stores and delicious restaurants.
Enjoy many of the local nature walks close by.
Walk under majestic oak trees through our super safe neighborhood to the recreation center just a block away. Work out, play tennis or pickle ball. Courts are free week days until 5 pm and all day Sundays. The recreation center has a full gym as well as Olympic sized pools.

This VRBO was just what we were looking for during our stay. We made arrangements before arriving to have an early check in for an extra cost. When we arrived the VRBO was not cleaned yet. I text the owner, she corrected the situation and refunded our money. It’s definitely not a fancy place but for the price we thought it was just fine. It’s very secluded and quiet. We would stay here again.

Great place

This was a great place to stay. Owners were very flexible with a late check in. They have pretty much everything you need in the room and know how to welcome guests. This will definitely be a return rental if we’re back in Lakeland.

Great location

My stay was very enjoyable. For me the location was the best thing. Nice and quite neighborhood. Close to many places to eat or shop. Lakeland has many great parks to visit and relax.

Clean and quiet place to stay!

We were visiting family in Lakeland and decided to stay in this suite instead of getting a hotel. We were super impressed - the suite is in a central area of town, was really clean, and check-in and entry was easy! We will be back!

Great set up. Nice location.

The room was very clean and felt very private. We could come and go very easily. The host was easy to contact. They provided paper plates, bowls and utensils for our stay. The AC worked great! It was a lovely neighborhood just a short drive from many sites and restaurants. I would definitely stay here again!

Great place for over night stay

Really enjoyed the room, a little hard to walk at night all the way back to that part of house, very cozy, would suggest offering a full roll of TP and having a coupe bottles of water in fridge. Otherwise I’d stay again. Very quiet and relaxing. It was two miles from where my friends were staying so very convenient.

Inaccurate description of property

This property inside was cute and nicely decorated but wasn’t deep cleaned and was difficult to get to. There needs to be outside pictures so when choosing a property, you can know you are walking to the back of a house, entering into a porch with a lot of random workout equipment, to enter into a one bedroom/bathroom on the back of someone’s home. Host was friendly and responsive however and neighborhood was fine. Just wasn’t what I expected.

My stay was great… the best I’ve experienced on vacation in years. My friend & I truly enjoy the caring host & family… we had great conversations with the host & her dad. They were so sweet & caring about us & if we had any needs, which were none truly‼️ This Suite was very clean & comfortable, in a good neighborhood. It was within walking distance, only at our age we drove, to Walmart, fast food, restaurants & shopping. When I travel back to Lakeland, FL, this will be my #1 choice to stay at again, if it’s not booked😃❤️👍‼️ 💯 % Best Vrbo to stay at in Lakeland, FL😃‼️ Thanks Host & family for being so caring & nice to us😃❤️😃‼️
