When I come in to Tahoe, I always stay in this resort. I like that it has an indoor pool and its always so clean and well maintained. The kids enjoyed the arcade and the casino is great.

Had Staff come into the room befire i checked out. It was 10:40 AM with check out at 11:00 AM. Also had someone trying to get in my room at 3:45 AM on Sat morning. When they could not get in, they banged on the door yelling Lets Party. I had no guests with me so it was aomeone else.

Our first room was subpar. I spoke to the manager the next morning and he was fantastic. He apologized and put us in an amazing suite. The restaurant staff at the cafe were kind and I actually had pretty good luck on the high limit slots.

Room was very clean. You don’t have daily servicing of your room, you have to ask for towels, trash pick up etc.. When asked, housekeeping was quick to deliver. There is a lack of restaurants on the property. Easy walk to other eateries. I would stay here again.

This location was convenient to the Tahoe Blue Event Center and that’s why we chose it since it was bad weather so we wouldn’t have to go far. The resort fees are a bit on the higher side especially if you don’t use the pool that is full of kids or the gym. The room didn’t have a microwave and I was told none of their rooms do and there isn’t one available to use so that sucked! Also the room wasn’t very well cleaned! I could see stuff all over the mirror and shower walls that wasn’t cleaned off. Unfortunately I didn’t notice that till the morning which kinda creeped me out. Make sure you get a casino club card and then you can save $7.50 on the $15 parking fee. You have to ask and then double check cause they still charged me $15 at checkout. So you need to keep eye on it. Also for the price of the room I was really expecting more of an upgraded room with built in amenities like USB charging etc but they just had a ton of things plugged in to a electrical strip under the counter so nothing really by the bed but a plug. Windows do not open even on the upper levels where it looks like there is a balcony those doors don’t open either. So no fresh air option and no fans in the bathrooms either so you get everything fogged up even the room windows if you leave bathroom door open to try and keep mirror clear. Semi lack luster in what I thought was going to be a first class experience.

The cleaning work was horrible, the sheets and covers were dirty. There wasn't a microwave in a hotel this size. the bathroom was dirty, very bad rating

This property is average. It's old and needs remodeling from top to bottom. Our room had to be switched not once, but twice because the smell of smoke was so heavy we couldn't stay in the 1st two rooms. They were all non-smoking rooms. Then they finally got us in a room that didn't smell like smoke and the view of the lake from the room was absolutely amazing! The saving grace with this hotel was front desk staff and manager. They helped make sure we where comfortable and I didn't have to turn into a Karen , lol (I'm a male btw). The casino is small but I expected that. Other than that our stay was still nice and we caught a show that night. I would give 4 stars if the room situation didn't happen.

Employees hide. The general bathroom areas are disgusting. Staff is friendly when you can find them. Room was clean. Cabinets and drawers were almost all broken. The air and heating units are loud and do not work.

Not providing HOT WATER to your guests is COMPLETE Nonsense... Room was filthy after having to run water for 1 1/2 hours for it to get hot, room steamed up and the walls began to drip a brown sludge. Went to ventilate by opening a window, but found they had sealed them shut with caulk... Not sure how Fire Code for Stateline NV handles that, but no fresh air??? Really??? Anyway, Hotel Management refused to offer any compensation... Stayed there long before when it was Mount Bleu, but Bally's really has made this hotel a despicable mess... AVOID!!! Harrah's or Harvey's much better...

The only thing I had an issue with was the garage parking was filthy! I literally felt like I was in downtown San Francisco. Sorry to say, but it was really filthy and gross. Garbage all over the place and debris all over the place. It was, of course, the first impression of the hotel. Had it not been for the fact that I’ve stayed in the hotel before… I probably would have went in and asked for a refund and that I didn’t even want to see my room but I’ve stayed at Mont blue several times, so I was hoping I would find the same cleanliness and such when I went into the hotel. And I did! Just get that garage cleaned up please 🙏 😊
