"We had a wonderful stay at the Choiseul, from the moment we checked in to the moment we drove away for the last time, the staff was top notch. They even set up a seating area for us in the terrace of our room so our friends from a neighboring room could join us for wine in the shadow of the Royal Chateau. Room #4 is the best!! "I came to Loire Valley to tour the castles of the region with my wife and two other couples. So, why not stay in a castle ourselves? That's exactly what we did. Alexia, one of the hosts, was there to greet us when we arrived. She showed us around the property (including a pool that sadly we didn't have time to enjoy). While the accommodation was not luxurious (we didnt expect so), we thoroughly enjoyed our stay. Alexia provided lots of information about the neighborhood and gave us tips on restaurants and boulangeries. And the location, Amboise, had its own castle as well as a great Da Vinci museum. It was perfect. As a host of a Vrbo property in US, I thought this property was super and I highly recommend this property to anyone who visits Loire Valley."
