"The golf course is stunning. Lots of deer roaming around the golf course and the community - fun to watch. Barely anyone in the community - maybe scared away by the flooding of this year, fires of 2022, or lack of workers???? It was definitely peaceful & quiet. There are some quirky things about this unit like no a/c, an induction only stove & oven, front door smart lock technology that didn't work - but I contacted the host who responded quickly w/ some handy help. "Location is amazing if planning on spending your time at Don Pedro lake it was only a 10 minute commute. The host was fabulous to work with and responded quickly to all questions. A great perk is a dollar general is just down the road for any of those last minute items you may have forgot. The home provided easy access to park with the boat as well.
