"Stayed two nights. Had a very nice room on the 12th floor. Check-in at 3:00 p.m. was fast and easy. Hotel was very modern and very tastefully decorated, and it has a very nice onsen (with sauna). I didn't eat at the hotel restaurant, so I cannot comment on the food quality and service. The hotel is right next to Kumamoto Station; the station and the shopping mall below it offer some shops and a few restaurants, but otherwise, the area around the station is very quiet and businesslike. Overall, I quite enjoyed my stay and highly recommend this hotel. Thank you!"

"We only stayed one night here but we had a great experience from check in to check out. Our room was clean and had everything we needed. Lovely restaurants in the area. We ate a delicious dinner at a Chinese restaurant in the Ginza area called Jang Jang Go. The inside of the restaurant was beautiful. Next to it was a Swiss bakery where we found treats to enjoy later. The most significant thing that happened during our stay was a 6.6 earthquake at 11:15 pm approximately 74 km away in the water between Beppu and Shikoku Island. We definitely felt it in our 5th floor room but the hotel felt safe and sound. "

"The management wasn't friendly, i told the miss manager the light in the room wasn't working properly ,she said we will check it out. I think she should offer proper conform to the customers. Also i was asking if i could leaves the car , until 12 . I could walk visit around come get back car . She wouldn't not backed off the policy. If you want a customer come back to your hotel train your staff be friendly able adjusted for small request. "

"Great location, just a 2-3min walk from Kumamoto Station/ Amu Plaza. We were blessed with a high floor twin room with good view of the city. Room is tight & would be tough to open up luggage but it was ok for us as we had couriered our large luggages to the next hotel. Beds were ok and the free breakfast was basic but adequate & yummy to me. Great value for the price."
