Worst night stay
First time I stayed one hotel there in no cabinet to hang clothes even not have any hanger . My room number was 612 . I complaint reception but no arrangements . Then form 10 pm no water , they didn't even provide water without shower checked out . 11 am , 23 hrs no water in a hotel room and they did not supply any water for use toilet . Imagine how terrible .

Will not stay there again!
Hotel very old and not suitable for family stay...room and toilet not so clean and need a lot improvment and renovate....breakfast also limited and nothing much to eat...horrible conditions!

I cannot find anything good about this hotel. The receptionists and managers were extremely rude. We had 3 rooms, one of our rooms still had a dirty towel in the room when we checked in. They didn’t provide any toilet tissues and the soap dispenser were broken in two of our room. The sink was clogged up and so we spoke to receptionist and they did not do anything at all. We spoke to the manager the next day and she didn’t do anything at all either. They were merely speaking in their language and smirking at us. Their reason for bad service and dirty room was because “it’s a two star hotel”. I do not recommend this hotel whatsoever. Out of my many stays in a hotel, this was the first time I’ve had an extremely bad experience.

Great price, VERY dirty bedsheets
Dirt-cheap comes with dirty sheets, apparently; there were mysterious arrays of red and yellow stains all over. Also got a twin room instead of the booked double. Reception gave the excuse that twin rooms were under maintenance. They should have informed me beforehand.

Hotels.com website is fast and easy to use.
Hotel location in Bukit Bintang is perfect and easily accessable to, Alor St, Chinatown, Berjaya Time Square and Pavilion. Lot10, Fahrenheit, Sungai Wang Plaza and many sidestreet shops and plenty nice & reasonable price foods. It is also within walking distance to Monorail and MRT station at Bukit Bintang.

Bed bugs in two rooms!
The dirtiest hotel I have been to in almost all my travels to malaysia (more than 20). I was given a room, upon checking in, I found the bed sheets to be dirty and asked the reception to change them with no response. Woke up the next day to find my bed infested with fat bed bugs!! a sign that they had a good meal. Asked reception to change the room and it was changed, seemed cleaner but still had bed bugs. The reception reaction was very calm which means they know about the problem. Im pretty sure the entire hotel is infested with bed bugs so do the world a favor and dont carry these disgusting creatures with you back home by staying in this hotel!

Terrible hotel
All hotel smells like cigarettes even inside the room. Room very dirty and bathroom was really disgusting! Mold everywhere, flor was sticky, sheets and towels full of stains. Wifi did not work, very weak signal. Receptionists very rude, special Katherine, and not helpful at all.

A very normal hotel in city centre
Had been to this hotel and stayed twice before in 2011 and 2012...But this trip in 2016 I shd say we were not that happy. The management seems to have changed & reception staff not knowledgeable. Breakfast is horrible. Rooms are not to the standard.

Needs to upgrade the housekeeping.
Locationwise it is very good. There is 7/11 and a food stall next to it. The reception staff was okay and a bit slack. The room looks like it needs a good mantainance. Everything seems unfinished and the painting and everything is roughly done. There was a pipe next to the toilet which was let uncovered during our whole stay. We asked to cover it but it was left like that. The hair dryer was covered with red stains. Both the uncovered pipe and hair dryer were gross. My husband saw a baby bottle teat under the bed and on the last day we saw a panty of the last occupants of the room. On my son's bed cover there was a big Green stain. One morning a room attendant woke us up and kept knocking at the door to clean up and when we came back to the room at 5pm the beds were not even made. Beds are old and not too comfortable.

Great budget hotel located in the heart of KL
Great hotel for its price and location. Service staff was extremely friendly and helpful (for the most part). Rooms and bathrooms were quite small (can't complain much considering its price) but is clean and tidy. Free wifi is spotty and the mobile reception in the room is also quite weak. The 7-Eleven next door, as well as the 24hr hawker stores nearby, are a convenient way to get some supper if one does not fancy a long walk. Unfortunately the nearest subway/MRT station is a good 15 minutes walk away, but on the flip side, Berjaya Times Square is just a 10-minute walk down the road. The only "complaint" I have is when I was denied a late check-out by the morning reception staff even though I had confirmed with the night staff the day before on the late check-out. I settled with leaving my luggages in their storage areas.

Is this a bedbug I see before me?
Typical midrange KL hotel. When I awoke on my second morning, I noticed what looked like bite marks on my right hand. The next morning I had what looked like more bites on my right arm. I was staying with a retired doctor in Nilai when not in KL, and I asked him to look at my bite marks. The first thing he said was, "Bed bugs?" (I have experience with these critters, and the bite marks were a bit different from what I'd experienced before. Bigger and farther apart. But then, these might be Malaysian bedbugs.) I stripped down in my friend's living room, and we laundered my clothes immediately. I also took a shower. Hopefully I haven't imported any little friends back to the USA. In other news, the desk staff tended to be indifferent to guests' needs (though the doormen were very helpful). The cellphone service on the 6th floor ranged from 3 bars to NO SERVICE, mostly staying at the low end. There are 2 restaurants in the neighborhood -- a charming and expensive (for me) Chinese place that also sells trinkets, and a roti place that isn't the cleanest I've been to, though it's fresh and cheap. Overall, in this range I'd rather stay at the My Hotel in Brickfields (the one over the White Coffee, not behind the YMCA). Or my favorite, the slightly more expensive Hotel Sentral (though stay out of their coffee shop!).

Clean, new, good staff, convenient. Walking distance to excellent street food and Bukit Bintang shopping area. Train and bus very close. Meter taxi outside. 7-11 and currency exchange next door. Short cab ride to KL Sentral, central markets, China town, etc. What else do you want for a stop-over hotel. And completely sufficient for a longer stay. Do it. Do it now

Location was great, me and my mom stayed there for two days but each day was booked separately so the first day we stayed in standard room, the second day however we booked the standard room the staff at the counter told me that their standard rooms were full so they upgarded our room to superior it was awesome, hereby I send my gratitude to the kind staff of this hotel specially the counter and doorman. I definitely recommend this hotel to anyone who loves to be in peace and secure room, but bear in mind that the standard room doesn't include the minibar and safe deposit, the same mistake I've done.

The hotel was in a good location easily accessible with restaurants around. The staff are very helpful. They initial gave us two rooms at different floors but quickly changed it for us. Will surely come back.
