Property should be closed and condemn. Construction, exposed wires above low ceiling in hallways, badly kept lobby furniture, mold and stains in room, room not cleaned. Staff was bla and unhelpful with room not being cleaned. Sad Not worth $150.00 per night

Attendant at the front desk was rude upon check in. We reserved a king and were given 2 double beds. Man at desk said “well we are full sooooooo idk what to tell you”. He could have been more professional. Instead blaming it on me for using Expedia instead of the hotel itself. I didn’t pay over 500 for two nights to be ridiculed at the desk for my booking. Also the shower u had to straddle to stand because it was doing like a v thing u couldn’t stand flat. He also tried to argue that I would have to pay again even though I paid through Expedia, because he didn’t understand the code that Expedia sent him. Again completely unprofessional and rude.

The young girl working back in the breakfast/Bar area was extremely friendly and made me feel welcome. I didn't catch her name but she had lots of braids.

Thank you for taking the time to let us know about your experience while staying with us. I understand that you asked for 2 Queen beds. We only have 2 double beds in our hotel. I looked at our Expedia booking site where you booked your reservation and I am only seeing 2 double beds listed on the site. I would love to make sure guests are not seeing 2 Queen beds as we currently do not have queens in the hotel. Can you send me information showing it listed or a confirmation showing that you were guaranteed queens so I can make sure this does not happen to anyone else in the future. I hope you choose to stay with us again when your travels bring you back to the area.

We rarely leave reviews, but feel like we should this time. The first hint upon arrival should have been all the parcels/packages that were left laying all over the floor behind the front desk. We found it odd. The inside of the elevator had not been cleaned and it just showed as soon as you stepped in. When we decided to take the stairs later, it was even worse. I don't even know if the carpet had ever been cleaned since it was installed. The inside of our room was also pretty disappointing-we'll just mention the very sticky door handle to the balcony and the showerhead that was loose from the wall and not get into more details. Super disappointed, as we were expecting a minimum level of cleanliness for a 185$/night. Will definitely avoid next time we have to go to Kokomo.

the staff was very rude. the pool was ice cold and unsafe. the rooms smelled like mold, dirty beds, bathrooms and very unclean hotel overall. there are no good amenities. the price is way to high for the quality of this place.

Location was perfect for my trip. We used the swimming pool and gym, which were small but just what we needed. Due to covid, the breakfast was a bagged muffin and granola bar, so we skipped it.
