"Just a great property. You get the whole third floor and sundeck to yourself. In a quiet neighborhood that is close the beach and restaurants. Also close to the greenway in case you want to walk/bike around. Living room and kitchen had everything we needed. Communication was great and check in was easy. Overall, highly recommend staying here."

"The tiny house was cozy and clean and there were a lot of thoughtful little touches like recommendations to restaurants and coffeeshops. We appreciated the clever use of space and the close walk to the beach. It was a lovely getaway. A couple suggestions: 1) include instructions for the hot plate . 2) Store items outside in a shed; the property looked a little cluttered."

"Property and host were great. This is a perfect place to stay for a quick trip to the beach. It was quiet, clean and host was so welcoming. There were some really interesting walks through the Reserve, so you can come to the beach, enjoy the beach and enjoy the woods."

"The place is big! Comfortable bed, soft sheets! Nice large door and windows overlooking a pretty garden (bright in the morning!) and a very friendly cat! Another guest had a dog(s) which we heard a few times. The 2 patio chairs could use some new cushions but we just took them off."

"We absolutely loved this property. It's only a few blocks from the beach but we preferred to drive over due to the main road being 2 blocks away. But it was so quiet and peaceful. Even when we were outside in the hot tub, we both kept commenting how quiet it was. The property itself was gorgeous. It felt like a flip or reno from an HGTV show. Everything was up to date, stylish and the bed was super comfy. Simply can't say enough good things about this property."

"The studio was very cute and nicely decorated. Everything was clean and in good condition. We really like the privacy aspect of the entrance and area outside to relax. It was a nice little spot that was an easy walking distance to the beach. We biked to Duck in just a few minutes. The hosts were very responsive and accommodating. I would recommend this spot for a couple on a budget beach vacation."

"Kitchen was well stocked but refrid needs to be updated with ice maker. Kitchen cabinets and oven were not clean. Outside was poorly lit and there were no street lights which made entering the home at night difficult. "
