It’s an older motel so the rooms are much bigger. The trees make for a beautiful setting. I love this motel.

I always stay here when in Kerrville. It's clean, safe, & comfortable, large rooms. Somehow my dates were wrong & the hotel & Expedia worked it out & I wasn't charged for wrong dates. Thankful for that.

The property is showing its age. The breakfast good but the atmosphere is really dark. I felt like I had been transported back to the tuscany look from the nineties but not in a good way. The italian Restaurant on the property is really good. The rooms are large and clean. The pool area is beautiful. I hope that they will renovate the property because it is in a good location And a lot of potential.

We were very disappointed with our stay at this property. It was old, run down and desperately needed to be updated. The beds were terribly uncomfortable and the pillows were poor. We woke up with a back aches. It's inexcusable. When you rent a room for the night, you're buying a good night's rest. This was certainly not the case. We do not recommend this motel.

We want to commend your hotel on the cleanliness of the bathroom and tub. The last two hotels my husband and I visited both had hair left behind in the showers. Eueew!!! My biggest pet peeve! And these were not sleezy properties…..Hampton and Comfort Inn. Thanks for the attention you give for your guests.

After a long day, arriving late (11pm), we were ready to get checked in the room and get to bed. Outside the hotel I noticed a stranger lady walking out of a hotel room, pulling 2 suitcases. I told my kids to stay close to me. She left the property, walking down the road. Cautious already, I walked up to our room with my kids. When we found the room we noticed the window curtains were open and lights were on in the room. I then looked in the window and a man was sleeping in the bed, with what looked like pill bottles and other items all over the room. Upset, I went straight to the office. The hotel had no other room that would accommodate my family. We had to set and call a dozen hotels at 11:30 at night to try and find somewhere else safe to stay.

We were in the area for a wedding at near by Fredrickburg. Decided to stay at this location in Kerrville to visit with family. The stay was very comfortable. Staff was very friendly.

Looked very old an In need a lot of repairs every where. Breakfast was fair but in a dark back room. Went to a restaurant the 2nd morning. Overall I would not recommend it to anyone.
