Phenomenal hotel for a young family, easy access to the interior pool and very modern and updated rooms. Would absolutely return next time we travel through Kelowna!
Hotel is under renovations. Staff are very helpful and friendly. Great location if you like shopping.

Would stay there again when renovated
The rooms are updated but small. The pool is in an atrium where all the rooms in the centre of the hotel have balconies that look onto it. There is a Denny's and a bar in the hotel. The hotel is also across the street from a mall and there are tons of dining options within walking distance.
Included all amenities. Traffic a bit loud in the tower and really need to replace mattresses on the sofa bed.
Otherwise, a decent place to stay close to a lot of restaurants, shopping.
The hot tub and pool was great and there is a whole bunch of difference food options right within walking distance. I would definitely stay here again. Staff was very friendly and accommodating.
Check in experience was excellent. Friendly and efficient front desk employee who knew what they were doing. Room was clean and quiet and beds were comfortable. Using the TV was a bit frustrating but we got it figured out after a while. Bathroom is quite small but was clean and met our needs. Lots of plug ins in convenient locations to power all of our devices. The fact that the hotel is connected to a 24 hour restaurant was a real plus for us. Overall it was a very good experience and we would likely stay here again.

My only complaint was that I had booked an atrium room and they changed it to an outside room.
The stairwells are in need of a cleaning.
Staff at the front desk very good.
We did not use any of the amenities at the hotel.

Conveniently located. clean rooms and helpful great staff!
We were met by super helpful front desk. I was in town for hip surgery . They made sure to put us in a room near elevator but not too close. They gave us a corner suite which was clean and beautiful . Genuinely offered us help with whatever we may need. Once in room we received a call about an hour later asking if everything was satisfactory and did we need anything. We were very well taken care of and the room was clean and gorgeous as was hotel Lobby . Close to food and across from Mall so perfect location
Staff is very friendly. Under renovation so some inconveniences but excellent they are upgrading. Rooms are comfortable. Good location for a good price.
