"The hotel staff were very helpful and impeccably gracious. While not in the liveliest area of Tokyo, the hotel still provided ample access to a variety of dining options and transit stations, all within easy walking distance. This hotel is the epitome of understated comfort and luxury and we would stay here again without hesitation. If I had a complaint, it would be a result of other, selfish guests who left their laundry in the two on-site washing machines and dryers for extended times beyond the load being completed, preventing others from timely use of the laundry facilities: but this is through no fault of the hotel."

"I was instantly denied the room upgrade upon check in. I asked two days later and the different hotel rep said "I don't know why they didn't give you the upgrade" and then gave me an upgrade. Had to repack and unpack again."

"This hotel is in the best area of Tokyo!, just a few steps of Shibuya Crossing 😃👍, shopping and dining everything is just there, Ramen Restaurants, Sushi, souvenirs, Starbucks, shibuya sky, anime stores, Pokemon and Nintendo stores and much more!. for girls there’s a 109 building that is 8 floors of beautiful clothing just for girls 😃👍👍"

"The Gracery hotel is very nice, clean and reasonable size rooms for Tokyo. The location is a short walk to the Shinjuku train station and there was always something in the area to entertain you. Staff was excellent and very helpful. Only disappointment, was window cleaning that shut off access to Godzilla deck during our staff. But would still highly recommend to others and would stay again when in Tokyo."
