"Convenient location by super market, breakfast and dinner restaurants. Longer drive to Hana and Haleakala. Good pool and hot tube. Service was sort of sparse in May, was told they were more seasonal after COVID and the fire chased potential visitors away. The Lahaina fire does not really affect anything now. "

"My husband, daughter and I stayed for one week, this was our first family vacation so we were looking for an amazing experience. The staff was very helpful and nice when we had questions or just passing by. The facilities were clean and inviting. We requested a full turndown service on day four, it was completed within the hour. Our room was very clean and the views were spectacular! The pool was very clean, plenty of shade throughout the deck area and close beach access. The food was delicious at all the restaurants within the grounds. The staff waiting the pool area were so nice and quick with orders and attending every 30 minutes to ensure we were happy. The customer service is phenomenal! The Hyatt is outstanding and our go to for the future! "

"I was pleasantly surprised how beautiful this property is. The beach is just a few steps away and Whaler’s Village was a short 15 minute scenic walk with shopping and various dining options. Sheraton hotel offers many amenities including a complimentary shuttle service to several other resorts. We checked in late at night due to a late flight and the hotel staff offered us sandwiches, water, chips, and fruit cups as all the dining options had closed for the night. I believe this hotel goes above and beyond to make their guests feel welcomed and cared for!"
