"This place is generally very overrated and overpriced. The "apartments" or "studios" are not separate entities as one might think. This property is in fact an apartment broken down into smaller entities. Hence, the walls are very thin, which defies the very purpose of privacy. "DO NOT BOOK, UNSAFE ACCOMMODATION WITH AGRESSIVE HOST. My partner and I had booked a weekend trip in Katowice and booked as the price was quite good, but it was a terrible decision. The room was disgusting (unclean), in poor condition, and the host was extremely agressive. I have never felt so unsafe in an accommodation. No information for check-in and no front desk. When I called, the host did not speak English. At check-in, the host asked many intrusive questions and looked into our grocery...

"Very nice apartment. Very clean. Extremely confusing instructions to get to the apartment. Two addresses are shown in the communications so you can easily go to the wrong location with the exact same apartment numbers. Once you get to the proper address it is very difficult to find the apartment by following the instructions. Even people living at the address had a difficult time understanding where it was by reading the instructions. Owner responded to some of my messages on Expedia but...

"Everything you needed inside of the unit (nicely equipped kitchen, comfortable bed, washer and drying rack, iron and ironing board, furnished balcony, TV), inside of the apartment tower (clean hallways, quiet elevator) to the outside of the gated complex (24 hour security on site, huge shopping center within 5 min walking). We felt safe and very comfortable all the time."
