"Beautiful property with a large Japanese Garden and excellent dining facilities. Close to Tenba monorail station and the Tenba Market and only a 12 minute walk from Kokura Station. "

"Good location Friendly and professional staff Rooms were a bit old and outdated with a musty smell. They do not let you open windows. There is an air purifier but that doesn't do much to address the musty issue."

"The place is amazing. The only issue is the breakfast and dinner on offer. They never changed. It was the same thing over and over again. This was hard for someone like me who stayed for three days. It becomes unappetising after a while. Many guests have decided to eat out instead. A little bit of variety could have helped. This can be done well without blowing the budget, if they were adhering to a set amount. Overall, I give it a 4 instead of a 5. But had I stayed only one night, the food would have been a non-issue. In a way, this rating isn’t fair for them. However, I have to be honest."

"Very nice place with a sea view in my room. It s still pretty new. The staff are very helpful and patient. Highly recommended, especially for those who like anime and manga coz a building of anime is 2min walk from the hotel."

The property is conveniently located near the bustling train station as well as the historic arcade street. And of course, the monorail. Clean, comfortable, economical. The optional breakfast is very good quality."

"Free curry from 7pm to 8:45pm, it was very good! And the breakfast was great as well. Free shuttle bus from/to the airport was very convenient. "
