"I usually visit Oahu twice a year and decided to give Maui a try. I thought nothing could top Oahu but I was wrong. I absolutely loved everything about my trip and I think a huge reason was this hotel. The staff were incredibly friendly and even remembered my name. Helene at front desk was especially great.
