Independent, Josefstadt Hotels

We are a family of four and appreciated the spaciousness of the room. We looked out to a courtyard which was very quiet. Good transit connections with tram 43 or 44 stopping at the front door. Breakfast was extra but it was worth the small fee. Note - this is a typical European pension, not really a hotel so don't panic at the modest entrance and lobby. The rooms are good.

This was the first time we had booked an apartment not knowing what to expect, on arrival at reception we were Greeted/made welcome given all the information about the times of reception & how to access the hotel at all times also the coffee & rest area the receptionist was a mind of information so helpful on how do you get to or what time does this place open/close it made us relax. then we went to our room lounge/dinner/kitchen/ bedroom/ bathroom very nice& clean, magazines books TV Computer space very nice & comfortable apartment & secure.

Loved the location and the facilities of this hotel. Staff were exceptionally helpful and will stay here again

Very satisfied

It was a very good appartment and self contained. I will recommend this hotel to others. Only problem is thier credit card machines don't work or it is delibrate attmept to get cash. They say credit card transactions are denied and if possible pay cash. We were ready for that, others may or may not. Else hotel is very good.

very nice hotel close to town close to city hall . very clean and nice , staff is very nice . If want to stay in Vienna chose this hotel . If we go back we want to stay this hotel again

In fact everything is very well located, the hotel is simple but it has everything that is necessary.
