"I didnt like the fact we have to go to the front desk and ask for pool towels and than return them back to front desk afterwards. Such a hassle and still wet ofter the pool. Wish their starbucks did cold drinks too. Wish they did room service. I do love their security and clean rooms. And pool and hot tub was nice."
