Someone tried to break into my room when I tried to get my money back the staff told me I was lying and refused to pay me back for a room I didn't even get to stay in
They were unable to give me a key card from the start. Machine not working. Then there was a power outage and there for their WIFI never worked. TV wasn't working and had to get desk clerk ( a 72 year old man) to come and get it working as the guide wasn't working. Shower tile were not been replaced professionally. Tiles were sticking out. Light in sink area was a might or might not work. Room wasn't bad looking. TV kinda small. Old man told me he had been up since 5 am. I told him I was up @3 am and drove about 760 miles expected a no hassle stay I paid for. Would recommend spending a few dollars more and staying somewhere else!

Adequate for overnight stay Rooms could use a little update but it was clean and bed was decent
It was old and run down and had my car broken into. The place use to be really nice but had lots meth heads hanging around and place smelled old and musty. Would not recommend

Very friendly and helpful front desk, decent room with no outside noises to bother us. Also pet friendly and they put us by a grassy area so we didn't have to go far to walk the dogs. Ate at Elijah's Cafe with great southern home cooking. Small but maintained pool. I'd reccomend this place to anyone.

It was clean but the shower rod was falling off the wall the bathroom door was falling apart there was no phone in the room the TV would get staticky for the volume off and on no matter what you did to it for the price I expected a little bit better room the people were friendly

It was extremely dirty with dirty marks on the door to nasty clothes that were left in the drawers. I couldn't even walk across the floor barefooted as the carpet was sticky. We were disgusted with it and would rather sleep in our car then stay there again. The smoke detector was covered up with paper towels and the sheets were stained. Stay anywhere else!

Room was not clean also had cockroaches. Bathroom had mold around the door. Room smelled of mildew. TV didn’t work. I let them know right away as soon as I got in the room. He suggested the I did something to the remote after switching the remotes out. I would not recommend this place.

I was very surprised because it is a older hotel, but the bed was so comfortable and the pillows. Very clean in my room, will definitely book again. The young woman who checked me in was very nice and personable, and the woman this morning was very nice to speak with.

The staff was awesome!! In-room one the TV wasn't working. Moved to a new room went from bad to worse, the refrigerator and the AC weren't working. It was an all-around bad experience.

The room was spacious, with 2 chairs and a table. That was perfect, since I was visited by relatives the afternoon of my stay.
The bed was comfortable, internet was speedy, and we enjoyed the bar/lounge at the property.
It was the worst that I have ever stayed at a motel before I have had a lot better stay at others but this one was by for the worst one I have stayed at

Well the pool is closed and we wasn't told the coke machine the drinks where flat there was a wet spot on the floor in the room the tv turns off by its self and we was supposed to have queen size bed instead we got full size beds

Most uncomfortable bed ever!!
Horrible!!! The bed was the most UNCOMFORTABLE bed we have ever slept in! We had to sleep with our heads at the opposite end of the bed where your feet should go! It dipped in the middle and would have been more comfortable sleeping in my car. Will never ever stay there again!

I had all ready paid online for my rooms and the front desk still wanted a credit card, like really. The next day i got up to leave the gotel i know both rooms doors was shut the cleaning staff open one of the doors and left it open, i had stuff in my room that could have gotten stolen and after talk to front desk they told me i did it. If i did it i would'nt be here saying anything about it. They was nasty and rude to me. I will not return this hotel. Also ky rooms didnt have clean rags r towels and the garbage was over flowing in the roons cause they didn't get clean.

I am sorry to hear that you did not enjoy your stay at our hotel. The issues that you raised in your feedback are being looked into. As for the requirement of a credit card at check-in, even with a prepaid reservation most hotels do require a credit card from the guest on file at the time of check-in for any incidentals that might occur, this is standard policy. Housekeeping will clean any stay over room as long as there is not a Do Not Disturb sign hung on the door or if the guest is not sleeping. Our rooms are thoroughly cleaned after every guest checks out so there are no rooms that are left dirty. I am sorry to hear that your room door was left open, our housekeepers do not usually leave them open unless they know for sure that a guest has checked out and taken all of their belongings with them. A stay over room's door is never left open. I have spoken to my housekeepers about the issue.
Once again I am sorry to hear that your stay was not enjoyable for you and I hope that in the future you will reconsider and allow us to exceed your expectations.

Rooms are a bit dated and tub leaked and stopper didn't work. Bed was comfortable and ac work well. Not a horrible place but definitely wouldn't be my first choice.

First room was obviously a smoking room and told was non smoking. Cleaning was sub par, heavy chemical smell. WiFi did not work for us or the friends we were traveling with. Bed was comfortable for quick stay, coffee was fine, price was reflective of conditions. Fair enough

When I got there I had to wait 30 minutes before I got checked in and then when I got ready to lay down there was bedbugs in the bed call front office they were willing to give me another room got the other key for the other room pulled the cover back and it had black spots on the cover. To

It was recommended by Expedia website but the property is very aged and needs a update in a bad way. For the service and amenities it is overpriced. It appeared clean and I have no issues with that but there’s a chemical/disinfectant smell in the room that is covering up something. I’ll find another accommodation next time and unlikely to trust Expedia as well.

This is about the nicest hotel in Jasper other than the Hilton. It’s older but, it’s clean and nice. Smelled really clean when we walked in. Nice and quiet so we slept great. We will use this place again if needed.
