This is a really run down facility. Aside from painted over toilet seat, carpet in dire need of an extraction and room not having a pleasant smell the only redemption is the pleasant check in person. The stairwell paint was falling off the walls. This hotel was certainly great in it's day but is in desperate need of a renovation. Absolutely not worth the price.

My only concern was security. The outside door near my first floor room was accessible without a key. Anyone could easily enter the building.

Convenient property for visiting Ithaca. The lighting and the water pressure of the toilets could be improved, but overall worth the stay for its proximity.
