Rummen med utsikt mot innergården är i själva verket en vägg. Som ett rum utan fönster. Kolla kvittot från minibaren noga. Upptäckte när jag kom hem att de tagit 60euro för mycket. Annars bra och snabb service. Bra frukost, trevlig personal, bra läge med ski in ski out.

Dear Mr. Oja, thank you for your review and your constructive words. We kindly ask for your understanding that a change from your booking was not possible since your request was a very short notice. Our hotel is build in the mountain, that is why we have a retaining wall on 3 sides of our house. A few rooms are partly or fully located to this retaining wall. If you book the next time you can book a room with mountain view (you see in the description the direction of the room). We are happy that it was possible to change your room at the time of your stay to a room with view. The minibar in our hotel is not included. Even if a bottle has only been opend, we are not allowed to resell it and have to charge it. We would be happy to welcome you again. Kind regards, Family Tschiderer and the Schlosshotel Team

Achtung: War auf Hotels.com mit Frühstück inklusive aufgeführt, sind aber immer mit Halbpension. Leider haben wir das nicht gewusst und somit das im Preis inbegriffene Abendessen verpasst.

חופשה לבנה מדהימה.
השהות במלון היתה נעימה ומדוייקת, הצוות היה אדיב והשירות היה מצוין משלב לקיחת הרכב ועד לניקיון החדרים. כל העובדים היו מסבירי פנים ונחמדים. היתרונות בכך שיש הכל במלון ולא צריך לצאת ממש אלא אם רוצים הוא נהדר בחופשת סקי. כל האמצעים עומדים לרשותך במלון. חנות סקי, רכישת סקי פס וכו'. בהחלט נחזור לשם

Fantastiskt hotell i Ischgl med underbar mat
Fantastiskt hotell, bra läge, utmärkt service, smidigt att hyra skidor på hotellet samt köpa liftkort. Grym halvpension.

Schönes Hotel
Der Skilift ist nur ein paar Meter entfernt! Die Talabfahrt endet direkt am Hotel. Der Service, dass die Ski im Hotel direkt gelagert werden können ist sehr praktisch. Alles in allem ein Hotel, welches man nur empfehlen kann für einen schönen Aufenthalt in Ischgl.
