We were pleasantly surprised with our stay at this hotel. The staff was very cordial. The room was tidy and clean with a nice little fridge, microwave kitchnette. We knew we weren't going to be at the hotel much so we didn't expect much...but wow, not bad at all...quite nice. Thank you for a very nice stay.

“Great stay at the Wingate”

It was a true delight staying here. I travel a lot and stay in a wide variety of hotels. This stay was a true pleasure. A very new hotel with extremely comfortable beds. The entire facility was very clean. My 2nd evening I had a prepaid room in one of the supposed top tier hotels in downtown Indianapolis, and the Wingate hotel was a far superior experience, at half the price. I will be back my next visit to Indianapolis.

“Best Hotel in Indy”

To me, staying here was like staying at a fancy upscale hotel at a great price, with everything included. At the fancy upscale hotels everything is an extra charge. The hotel was extremely nice & the beds are sooooo comfortable. I highly recommend this hotel & will stay here again when visiting the area.

“Nice unexpected surprise”

Downtown was booked, so we stayed at this northwest hotel. Turned out to be very nice. Nice hotel staff, great pool/spa for kids/family. One of the best unexpected things was the awesome Mexican restaurant in the nearby strip (you can walk from the hotel). This stuff was authentic/chef style Mexican, very unique compared to your usual Mexican food. And $4 Blue Moon Drafts. This was a treat. The restaurant staff (two brothers run the place) were very friendly and the chef (one of the brothers) is very serious about his menu. Try the fudge brownie made with peppers. mmmm.

“Comfortable and clean”

No complaints other than the fact that there were initially no non smoking rooms. The smoking room I was assigned was not tolerable.

“Northwest Indianapolis preferred”

I have stayed there the past two years for the MotoGP races and have been very satisfied with the rooms and service. The location is great and is very quick to the track, the area restaurants are really good and very close. The management and staff are friendly and accomodating. I would very much recommend this hotel to my friends and family. If I go back to the races next year, I will certainly reserve a room there!
