The price for this hotel seemed too good to be true, which it was. The hotel vibes match what they advertise and the price seems worth the stay, but it is not in a remote area like they promote. It is located behind a gas station with better views of the highway then the mountains. The cafeteria style food was all delicious but not exactly like multiple different restaurants more like different types of food with a shared dining space. The lounge was closed for construction and the rooftop didn't face the mountains. Also the thermal hot springs are much more than a 10 minute hike and are public to the entire town and not just for the hotel guests like it seemed. Parking was easy on the property, rooms were an average size for Europe, and staff was nice.

Room was nice and very clean. Dining area is a great concept but despite menus stating that staff would be able to assist with dietary requirements, there weren’t any gluten free options at all. When I asked, staff were extremely rude with one even saying “I’ve never even heard of that (coeliac disease).” I wouldn’t rush to stay again.

This is a lovely hotel, and we appreciated that everything we needed was provided on the property. There is a small food court, and a small gift shop. The greenhouse atmosphere was comforting. There is also a small shopping center next door with a market, a bakery, and a gas station. This hotel is a great find!

We liked our stay here a lot if you are looking to stay in the south region. The best part of this hotel was the attached food hall which had various beverage and food options.

Hotel room was nothing like the pictures. It was much smaller, way too hot, the windows were filthy, covered in bird poop, and the accommodations were tired and old. I told the reception desk that I was unhappy with the condition of the room, especially the windows and she didn’t care. She simply said “I’m sorry, how about a free drink?” However, the food vendors were amazing. Lovely food area, horrible hotel room. Stay somewhere else and just eat here.
