The staff in the dining room were great, very attentive and professional, nothing was too much trouble for them. Housekeeping was also great, my room was always beautifully cleaned and the water and coffe/tea stocked up. The food choices in the dining room were boring and repetitive. The bread was always dry and the hot dishes were luke warm. One of the pools was closed for renovation but my room was far enough away so wasn’t disturbed however there was construction work on a building opposite my balcony (don’t know if it’s part of the hotel) which was loud all day, that was quite irritating. The staff at the beach were always happy to set up my beach lounger and made sure I had everything I needed for the day. Don’t know how old the hotel is but it looks and feels tired. The staff really made my stay a good one.

Property is good, clean. Staff is friendly and welcoming. Check in was one of the worst I have ever experienced anywhere. It took almost an hour for no particular reason. It wasn't even that busy. They just don't seem to know how to work efficiently. Check out was slightly better. Similarly, food service in the main bar off the lobby is brutally slow. Ate lunch there twice and took 1 hour for 2 salads and a burger. We also ate at Lophelia and the Turkish restaurant. Service was better but chaotic. 5 people can barely handle 10 tables. Someone from Hilton needs to fly in to show them how to run things efficiently.

Lovely Private beach, try the Turkish Restaurant! Super delicious!. Breakfast buffet is a bit overwhelming not very easy to enjoy it . Food is not place nicely, and too all over the place.

We had fabulous stay. After taking a great snorkelling trip on the Utopia, recognized this is the nicest property in the area, right beside the mall, for any incidentals. There is kids pool which keeps them away from the main pool where Mohamed Fathy is an unreal bartender. Super spa with Asma, Pakky and Yaya with very good prices. It has super shower in the room. I highly recommend the Hilton Plaza for a fun time!!!

Large private property with something for everyone
My wife and I booked a superior room. Unfortunately when we entered our room, it was not a superior-like room. We were very disappointed. I immediately went downstairs and asked if we could me moved to a room with a better view. I was told to check back the next day as there was no availability. Hotels.com emailed me asking me about how my check in experience was and I was honest. Within 2 hours I received a call from a manager saying she had read my review and wanted to make things right. She gave me a room on the 8th floor with a very nice view. I appreciated that she was able to make things right. The rest of our experience was great. Hilton’s security staff there is excellent and the property is very well kept. There is a good variety of restaurants and a lot of things to do. There’s a little bit of everything for everybody.

Fabulous hotel! Beautiful groomed grounds. Unbelievable buffet breakfast with so many options to choose from. Fresh strawberry juice is so tasty - just puréed fresh strawberries. Also fresh orange and guava juice. Boats are right there to take snorkeling trip. Very reasonable prices. Everyone working there is very professional. Right next to a cute small mall with a grocery store and great shopping for Egyptian goods. Bought leather jackets from Fratelli and cute seperate from Ms Venus. Fixed pricing in mall

Fantastic hotel. Stayed here for a week with my wife and from the moment we set foot into the hotel the service from staff members was exceptional. Every staff member treats you with the utmost respect and care from concierge to the domestic services team. The room we had was amazing with an exceptional view. The amenities in the hotel were fantastic especially the La Perla spa on level 2. Overall nothing to fault with this hotel. They even had a snack shop to buy any drinks or souvenirs. What hilton offers is a proper guest experience. Big part of having amazing trip to hurghada is the hitel experience and this because you have great team working there. Mohamed Abdel Hafeiz reception supervisor went for the WOW service in my second stay again. This guys is amazing and these people should be hilton future leaders.

My hotel stay was exactly what I was hoping for. The hotel was a perfect choice for me and my wife to experience a nice getaway. Cleanliness was 10/10. Staff were very polite and helpful and went above and beyond to make us feel comfortable. The views were exceptional. Beach front and sea view. Definitely worth visiting. Very family friendly atmosphere. Excellent interior decor both inside and outside the hotel. Room was very clean and spacious. Room service everyday. Hotel has a great pool area for both kids and adults. Great restaurant options inside the hotel as well. Overall experience definitely 10/10 and i will definitely be staying again in the future. Massive shopping mall within 1 minute walking distance from hotel. Mini shop inside the hotel as well which sells essentials and souvenirs at a great price. Spa was also a great experience. Nice and relaxing and staff were very professional

The view and just seeing the Red Sea was incredible. Superior rooms are spacious and worth staying in. Food wise, ok. Check out the Turkish restaurant as otherwise catered to the Russian/English visitors as just bland. Probably worth paying extra for all inclusive as prices high. Some areas really great, others a bit run down and needing an upgrade. New covering on sunloungers could be a start. Staff hit and miss, some exceptional and others just ignore you.

The Turkish restaurant along with their head waiter, Ahmed, and his assistant, Muhammed, deserve special recognition. The food is delicious, of good value and Ahmed gives excellent recommendations. Ahmed would be an excellent waiter at any establishment around the world and Hilton needs to make sure he is well compensated so that he never jumps to another position...he is a credit to your Hotel and this restaurant.

This hotel was an excellent choice for our family. The beach, staff and the buffet is great. I would recommend this hotel as the only destination in Hurghada.

Very Average Hotel
I choose this hotel for a 5-night stay after a 14-day tour of Egypt. I would not recommend this hotel to a solo traveler. I checked out a day early and few back to Cairo. The food was not very good I never seem to get what I ordered and then the staff told me it is what I ordered. Stay away from the Spa they offered a promotion on the beach but did not honor the promotion when I went to get the service. Iz in the main was excellent always trying to help me. The room was comfortable but the entire hotel needs a major renovation to get it out of the 90"s pungent order in the lobby they need to steam clean all the furniture.

The resort is big and organized. The breakfast buffet is delicious. All the staff are friendly and special regards to front office Joseph who is really an added value! The hotel is right next to the mall and soho square. Perfect choice and we will come again inshalla !

Staying at this hotel was infuriating. It took forever for the staff to do anything. No one was helpful in answering questions. The restaurants were empty except the buffet (which looked terrible) but no staff had any suggestions for restaurants in the area. Good beach area but they’ll clear you out the second the sun sets.
