Let start from the beginning, the first I came to the Tuscany was 20 years ago, the the last time before January 26-28, 2024 was 5 years ago .It was a a very nice stylish place very worm in very good condition. Now in Jnauary 2024, the place looks tired, our room 319 the tap of the cold water was leaking badly, the shower also was leaking, no more nice frame on the wall, the carpet is very old. the staff at restaurant in charge of the breakfast are very not welcoming the customers whihc is very sad sorry but in ma very disappointed as the Tuscany hotel as become Very sad to see

Nice place. Breakfast was included and is good. The restaurant was great. Everything was good except there was no hot water in our room.. No staff to help in the evening. No compensation offered. I would go back though…

Ideal base for Cellar Door visits
Ideal location for our Hunter Valley wine exploration. Comfy room, great bed, bathroom ok but shower not the best. Mill restaurant a great fine dining experience. Can recommend.

The staff team here went above and beyond. Don't expect 4 or 5 star luxury, but the rooms are clean, the bed was excellent and air cond worked fine. We were staying with our grandchildren and they assisted our requests to give our kids meals in our room. We had the food with us, it was not supplied. There was no microwave in the rooms. It is an older property and needs updating, but value for money was excellent. The pool was great and our kids swam twice for a one night stay. Thanks to Jayne and the team.

The property was unkept ,the pool had damaged old furniture and the water was cloudy. Entry to unit was dirty and unkept. Attention to detail was lacking. Reception Staff were welcoming and friendly.

Good value, pleasant stay, but no dinner on site
This was a relatively inexpensive option in a very scenic location. The room was fine, and breakfast was good. We expected to eat dinner at the restaurant but it was closed (it is not open every day for dinner) and we had to eat elsewhere. This was not obvious from the available information when booking. The pool was nice but the sun-umbrella needs to be fixed.

Very tired and drab looking property. Needs updating. No sheers on the French doors so had to keep curtains closed the whole time. Pillows were lumpy and uncomfortable.

Never had I experience a hotel that never had hot water service, They didn’t even try to accomodate the poor service.. surely a full price for a hotel must have hot water.. at least provide a 50% discount..never again

Amazing pet-friendly accommodation in the Hunter Valley. Literally was welcomed everywhere we went, felt like our puppy got more attention than us, he was spoiled. We would definitely recommend Estate Tuscany and would stay there again.

The room amenities listed weren't accurate and this was a little problematic because we needed to prepare some food in the room for our son. Otherwise the stay was good, the room clean and the staff were great. The motel is a little run down but it appears that it is undergoing some maintenance currently. After the convid saga its totally understandable that businesses like this hit some hard times.

Overall just an average hotel. Doors misalign to bar fridge and bathroom so couldn’t shut them properly. Room very cold. Heating only went so high and a small unit so took a long time to get to a reasonable temperature. Beds not very comfortable. Fairly clean.

Pot holes on the road to our room everywhere. Walking to the restaurant on the pot hole road no lights, others plus us were using our phone light so we wouldn’t fall over.

Love this property have stayed before. The only complaint is the fridge is so small & it didn't help that the railing on the door was broken so you could fit even less in it as usual.

Shower wasn't the best kept going hot to cold & hole underneath bathroom sink in the wall?Toilet wasn't working well when flushing as well & no foxtel TV was quiet small l think because it's just old & rundown?
