Cons-
The restaurant in the lobby is NOT open. The pics are deceiving. Even the tvs in the room show ads for the place and it is not open- They use it for their lackluster continental breakfast that they have you pay for. The pictures for the suite we selected were not the correct room and the balconies are there… right there on the other side of the glass but not accessible. Again. Deceiving pictures. Paid parking on site but no protection from them getting broke into even though we saw homeless digging through the trash in the same parking garage. The entrances into the lobby all had signs that they were “locked after dark” yet were not locked when returning after dark and locked in the middle of the day. Tiny elevators. No ice machine; on the 15th floor at least. The bathrooms have a vent cover mounted over a hole in the wall with no actual venting mechanism; prepare for steamed up mirrors. Random hole in the ceiling above the shower. Empty hole. A wee creepy. The towels were purchased at a dollar tree. It’s a 2 star hotel with a half baked 3 star paint job. Very disappointed Holiday Inn.
Pros- water pressure was excellent and stayed hot for back to back showers. Joshua up front was very professional and polite. Thanks Joshua.

Parking. Shuttle service. Breakfast. Staff very helpful. Only issue is the slow and small elevators.

The parking garage is SO steep. Never seen a garage so steep at a hotel. It scrapped my car. Outside of garage, clean hotel and reasonable walk to Minute Maid Park

When i checked in, i had to wait an additional 45 minutes for a room assignment. Once i received my room, I went to go inside and someone else was already in the room. So i had to wait on a second room.

The location was ideal and their parking attendant was very helpful. Also having shuttle service was awesome! Will return!

AC was stuck at 66 degrees and the “off” function didn’t work - thermostat would not move up one degree so was absolutely FREEZING all night and day. Not relaxing or comfortable at all to be stuck in that temperature.

The property was super clean , staff nice , only inconvenience was the bed was like a twin for me and my husband and daughters bed . Tiny tiny rooms . Our transportation shuttle was David and he was so kind and picked out our places to eat two nights in a row and was promptly there to get us .

The property was very convenient. It was walkable to the venue we were going to. The room was nice and clean. My only real gripe would be the size and layout of the bathroom.
