Great hotel overall. However, while housekeeping kindly left an envelope in our room for a tip, they also left straws behind the bathroom trash, hair in the shower, and a half used lotion and half used body wash bottle. Otherwise the room appeared clean. And the hotel was fresh, modern, updated, and staff was super friendly and helpful. Pool is small but my kids enjoyed it. And it appeared clean. Breakfast was good and staff stayed on top of refilling.

The staff here were very friendly. It’s a brand new hotel and our room was very clean. The hotel was very quiet and the heat was turned off to the pool when we arrived, so we weren’t able to swim. Other than that, it was a great stay. We were there for a quick overnighter passing through Horseheads.

This BWP was incredibly clean, the staff was kind, and had an easy checkin and check out process. Overall, very good place to stay. The one thing I didn’t love about it was the hard-to-navigate parking lot that had more than a few potholes.
