"Our check-in process was terrible. Waited in a long line to check-in then a separate line for a parking pass. Very unorganized. When we finally got to our room it was dirty, pizza boxes scattered around, dirty towels on the floor, and it reeked of weed. We had to return and wait another period of time to get a new room assignment. This all caused us to be late for the event we were attending that evening. The only thing they gave us for the inconvenience was complimentary late checkout. The second room was clean but outdated and one toilet leaked causing water to pool on the bathroom floor. Overall customer service needs improvement and the place needs updating. Price was good."
