"Location was perfect; within walking distance to museums, historical sites, shopping, and good restaurants. Quiet at night. Clean. Friendly staff. I would definitely return and recommend to travelers visiting the city. Only suggestion… to have a folder with maps, and information about restaurants, places of interest, recommendations, etc. available in units. Consider having in English. Otherwise 5- star stay!"

"Hotel staff go above & beyond to accommodate any need you may have. We used their airport pickup/drop off as well as a private driver to take us on a few tours. There was a charge of course but we found it to be reasonable & worth it. The are is safe & highly walking. Their rooftop restaurant & bar is absolutely wonderful. We will definitely be staying here again on our next visit."

"I adore the staff of this hotel its location and the feeling of safety. It is in the middle of a chaotic market place but at night it becomes a quiet residential place. I’ve stayed in this place every time I came to Mexico and I have recommended it to my friends who came and stayed too."

"THIS IS MY SECOND STAY AT THE HOSTEL, AND THE STAFF MEMBER DURING THE EVENING SHIFT, ANDRE I BELIEVE IS HIS NAME GIVES A VERY WIERD CUSTOMER SERVICE, NOT RUDE, NOT EXACTLY BAD. HE COMPLAINS TO CUSTOMERS ABOUT ALL THE THINGS HE NEEDS TO DO, KEEP AN EYE ON THE FRONT DOOR, DO THE CHECK IN, SEE IF THE WATER TANK IS FULL.. ETC. HE HAS DONDE THIS TWICE WITH ME AND ITS NONSE. HE COMPLAINED TO ME THAT IT ITS MORE DIFFICULT FOR HIM TO TAKE A CREDIT CARD PAYMENT THAN PAYING WITH CASH, ALSO COMPLAINED TO...
