"I really like the location, which makes it super easy to move. Main train station is just a couple of minute walk. Main shopping area is just 15 min walk. What i like the most that the apartment has all the basic amenities needed. Pool, sauna and well equipped gym. "

"Good property and great location. Staff needs to speak with guest, most of the time the confusion or question needs to be put in email and response is after 3-4 days. If you have everything figured out, it is great property but if you are stuck or have questions, good luck getting that sorted out. Moreover, expedia and limehome did not pass the complete booking details for which there is a confusion on guest count, etc."

"ロケーションは最高。エッセン中央駅からすぐ近く。もう一つ手前の地下鉄駅までは徒歩2分。レストランもショッピングモールも徒歩圏内。部屋は広くて清潔。キッチン家電も器具も食器も全て完備。もちろんワイングラスもあり。 エレベーターあり。 ひとつ残念なのは、建物入口のセキュリティコード入力後、ドアが開く反応がものすごく遅い。コード間違えたのかと思って何回も入力してしまった。夜中到着だったので、すごく焦った。 建物入館後、各階の廊下に入るために、もう一度同じコードを入力する必要あり。廊下に入るための事まで詳しく書いてなかったので、あれ？どのコード入力？と思った。 ここも反応遅い。 部屋に入るためにはアクティベーションコードを入力する必要あり。一回アクティベーションすれば、後は4桁のコードで出入りできる。 たくさんコードがあるけど、一回やり方クリアすれば大丈夫。 快適に過ごしました。"

"Travelled from London to Germany for a friend's birthday party. Lovely apartment pads and very clean. One of the beds was not great on my back, but that might just be my condition. My kids loved their stay and are keen to return."

"Not your typical hotel. There's no staff in case you have a question, or need something. You are provided with sparse amounts of Soap, towels, blankets, and had just one pillow. Decent sized room, and the bed was comfortable."

"The Guest rooms very spacious and generous. However, at night (4-5am) very noisy because the hotel guest rooms are facing the street... Also, the wifi is not working properly and sometimes connection are very bad. Regarding the drinking water, which should be provided for a hotel of this class, I was told the water tap provides drinking water... which I think and i was told by my cologne friends is not good and clean to drink.
