"Beautiful hotel with a big, comfortable room. No individual temperature control in the room. Great breakfast. Service in the restaurant slow, but friendly. Food was excellent and reasonably priced. Well located."

"The friendliness of the majority of staff. The front desk was very helpful. The rooms were very clean along with daily cleaning. The dining had a variety of food that was very good this included the buffet for breakfast and dinner as well as a la carte dining. The waiters and waitresses were personable with excellent service. They were both exceptional. We booked for one night due to late flight in Heraklion. They were both extremely friendly and helpful after busy day of traveling. Rooms were spotless.
