"Son and dad hunting in state land. Good location for for that. Fairly close to Townsend for dinner. Did wish it had a full size coffee pot and a tv for evenings. Besides that it worked perfectly for what they needed!"

"We had a wonderful time, wish we could have stayed another day. Belva is a great host, and we enjoyed visiting with her. The gardens are wonderful and there is a surprise around every corner. At night there are more surprises, but I wont reveal them here. Thanks to Belva for the memories."

"After our first visit to Two Feathers two years ago and life throwing us lots of curveballs this past year, my husband and I knew we could get the R&R we needed here. We were able to disconnect from the world and reconnect with ourselves, each other and nature, and this is the perfect place to do that! We’ve traveled a good bit in our lives, and this is by far our very favorite destination. We’ll be daydreaming of Two Feathers until we return. Thankful we get to enjoy this piece of heaven on...

"Beautiful cabin, rustic feel while glamping. You can tell how much they care for the property by all the little details. Also had wonderful friendly dogs & kitty cat who were frequently visiting at out door. Will definitely be back"

"The property host was very easy to work with. The bedrooms downstairs were very small with no storage for personal items. One of the downstairs bedrooms was in a garage and had a hole in the mattress. closets had no hanging storage..."

"The property has 4 short flights of steps which are more ladders. It will be challenging for anyone with mobility issues and/or small children. Holter is full of algae in late summer, fishing is still good but no one will want to get in the water. It is a one-person kitchen. The A-frame-type roof makes ceiling very close to bed, so watch your head. Holter Lake is a beautiful setting, but with all the additional charges, the price point is very high for the property."

"This was a lovely place to rest, relax, and recharge. The house is well stocked. We enjoyed the deck, water, and local hiking. Our only concern was the lack of phone service in case of an emergency."

"The property was just as described. We had 4 adults stay the night but had a total of 15 people for Thanksgiving dinner and everything went great. Extra tables and chairs on site allowed us to set up the space exactly how we wanted. So thankful for this property! Made our family Thanksgiving another great one!"

"Very clean house. The location was beautiful. The online description is very accurate in regards to the wildlife mounts. One thing to note is that the house was great for us because we spent very little time there. If you are looking for a space to spend an amount of time at it is not laid out in a functional way due to all of the wildlife mounts. There is also no stave and a very small refrigerator. As I mentioned though, for the amount of time we spent at the actual house is was great for us!"

"Charming historical cabin in a beautiful, peaceful setting. All the amenities that a home includes. A home away from home. The hosts were very warm and welcoming immediately. And to top it off, we saw a moose, deer and wild turkey! Great home base for our five day stay. What a great country that we live in from Ohio to Montana and back!"

"If your looking for a little bit rustic but still has the necessary amenities, this is it. Tucked against this hill I could barely hear the traffic. Owner was wonderful when there were a couple of hiccups....no one expected -9 Degrees! Highly Recommended"

"This cabin is in a beautiful valley with deer in the meadow every morning. It may be a bit rugged for some travellers, and some things could have been in better shape. But it worked perfectly for our needs while visiting my elderly father in Helena."

"A wonderful place. It was peaceful and comfortable. Everything you need was there. Just far enough out of town to be quiet and beautiful but close enough to pop right back into town. We dropped our kid off to college and staying here made it less stressful. We will definitely be back. Michelle and Ken"

"So much better than a hotel stay. Simple accommodations, nice beds, great deep tub, clean shower and laundry room! Tons of room!! Only 2 negatives: trying to figure out the door and find the keyhole and when you sit in the couch you can't put your head back or you'll hit it on the marble sill of the window. (Which i did )"
