"Very close to the festhalle and a short walk to the middle of town"

"I stayed here for Memorial Day 2024. Despite the crowds, parking wasn't an issue. Everywhere I went in Helen was conveniently walkable from the location. The properly was clean and neat and met all of my needs."

"Unit was basically clean; maybe wouldn't have passed a white glove test in some areas but it is after all in a grove of trees. The description of "15 yds from lake" is probably correct BUT lake was nowhere to be seen from the unit, disappointing. Many lovely lakes are not far, however, and my son took me to them. I was gone during the day so can't comment on that, but evenings/nights the property itself was quiet. Traffic on the road running directly past the property was pretty constant through...

"Perfect location! Just park and walk anywhere you want to go. Lots of restaurants and shopping. We ate at Big Daddy & the Bodensee restaurant for dinner & Dottie’s for breakfast. Just short 15 drive to Anna Ruby Falls. Highly recommend!"

"We loved downtown Clayton. Park had beautiful lights and holiday decor. Unit not ready / clean when we arrived but we contacted host who came right over and made cleaning arrangements. We left for our dinner and concert and unit already when we got back. Nice location. Nice place."

"Alpine Lofts are just as described. Excellent! They are located about a 5 minute walk into the 'thick' of Helen, which is close enough to buy things and drop them back at the apartment and then carry on again! The apartment is well equipped with everything you would need for a few days or a few weeks' stay. Everything was as new and clean. Just be aware if you stay that the stairs could be an issue for someone who is less mobile. I would return!"

"The property manager was clear and concise about instructions on navigation, room number, passkey for getting into our room, and more. the room was kept up in great condition and was very clean. While it is small, it is very nice and cozy and is the perfect stay for anyone wanting to stay in Helen, GA. Will definitely be returning in the future if the good Lord permits."

"This property was perfect for our quick weekend visit to the Hiawassee area. It fit my husband and I and our two teenage kids perfectly, and the owner was easy to communicate with. The location was ideal with a local coffee shop across the street, a local cafe/bar and ice cream shop in the same plaza, and a brewery with amazing views just up the road. Access to local trails and adventures was also key. Would def recommend this property."
