"My wife, myself and 2 adult sons were in town for an afternoon wedding in Detroit. We rented the loft for a family after-party as downtown was a madhouse with the draft in town. 34 of us gathered there from 7-11pm and were more than comfortable. The neighborhood is still in need of rejuvenation but there are few people around and we felt totally safe the entire time. The loft is indeed a gem in the rough. Hope to rent again next time we're in town."

"We stayed here for 2 weeks for business and it worked out great. Having a garage was a big plus with the snow we had while we’re there. The carpet and walls are showing their age, but the townhouse was well equipped! Great communication from the host."

"This property was late minute but it was just what we needed. My daughter wanted to get away for the night and have access to a pool and this stay was perfect! I always overpack cleaning supplies, towels, etc.. but she was fully stocked on everything. Shanae was quick to respond every time I needed her. We really enjoyed our overnight trip. I’m pretty sure we will book again."

"Basic townhouse with 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. Can walk to downtown Ferndale. Am very annoyed about the large damage deposit which was charged when I booked months ago and then took nearly 2 weeks to be refunded. Owner says it's up to VRBO. How about a hold at check in?"

"This apartment was vintage and completely clean. The apartment can include a romantic theme for couples, as well as, a quiet stay for friends or small family. The Host is also a great aid and extremely nice. 👌 "

"We enjoyed our stay. The apartment was very spacious, comfortable and clean! The beds were super comfy and we had everything we needed for our weekend stay. We came to watch the football game in Ann Arbor and staying in Taylor worked out perfectly for us, just about 25 mins away with lots of great restaurants nearby. Highly recommend! "It was great to bring our dogs with us on our visit to Detroit. The accommodations were Clean and comfortable and we had everything we needed. The neighbors were pleasant and the bar down the street was a nice place to have a drink. We visited Belle Isle and Gross Pointe Park. We found great restaurants that allowed dogs for outside dining. Great trip! "

"It was close to everything. We went to Ford Field, which was only a 5-10 minute walk. Theres plenty of restaurants close by to chose from. Or, right next door theres a convenient store, which has all kinds of things to chose from"

"This place was terrible. Should never have been listed. Ceilings dirty, previously wet and sagging. Carpet ripped and FILTHY. Horrible patchwork pink paint covering dirt and graffiti in the hallway. Host never responded with entry information. It was all bad. Vrbo did set me up in a hotel for 3 of my 5 nights then I had to find lodging for the rest of my stay Awaiting my refund for that."

"Newly renovated was the only positive. Wasn’t upfront about the plugged toilet and tried to mask the smell by locking the door and putting bleach in the bottom of the dishwasher and Lysol. Was promised 2 bathrooms and 4 adults from different families had to use one. A charge of garbage disposal for $50 We were from a different country - where is the garbage going to go. Back to Canada 🇨🇦"

"Very cozy hide away. Just what i needed after fighting the crowds of rye NFL draft weekend. The apartment was clean and well appointed. My host answered quickly when i had a question. There was limited noise from other apartments and the location was perfect for transcersing from downtown. I went to Ferndale and found some fabulous places to eat. Would most deft stay here again."
