"I love Kevin, Darren, I am sorry I forgot the other man’s name n the lady in the evening for the front door service. Best services ever by them. The front man Jeff was rude and not polite. He needs better customer service . I check in Wednesday yes a bit early. I wait until 2:00 ask him by any chance was room avail. He said Weill you did come early so just wait we will text you. I sat in the lobby waiting . Around 2:30 pm people came in to check in and check them all in to get there room and I was like wait a min he never came to get me or text me. So I went up there and he was like I’m so sorry I check them in and I was going to come get you. I will never stay there again cause of him rude rude rude he needs customer service class. "

"I liked the spacious room (Iberville double bed) and shower, the soft color scheme and brightness of the hallways. The shower could not be turned off completely so you could hear a little drip, but it was not bothersome. The staff was friendly and helpful. Check in and check out were fast and easy. "

"Beautiful boutique hotel with a true NOLA vibe. Plank floors, exposed brick walls, great decorations. Centrally located and walkable to the Quarter and most neighborhoods. $35 taxi from/to airport set up by front desk. Staff is very accommodating, especially Victoria. A favorite stay of ours."
