"Very good service staff (particularly Lien Chau and Lien Nguyen) at the reception and the restaurant respectively. Both were polite, attentive, very helpful and pleasant. Overall a beautiful hotel at the top of a hill, easy walking distance to the town, not far from Sun Plaza where we took the train to cable car station. Just don't go to the peak on a public holiday as the queue is horrendous. We waited 5 hours just to get to the top!"

It was extremely private and comfortable, a place to come back to after a day to rest, but perhaps not the best place to socialize and make new friends - but I don't see people coming to Sapa for that reason, necessarily. I only stayed one night but really enjoyed it."
