We stayed at the luxury tent for a night. The place was tidy and had everything required for our stay and surroundings were very scenic. The tent we stayed in didn't have unobstructed views like shown in the pictures which was disappointing! Ideally they should have all the tents available listed with the appropriate pictures so the customer knows which one they are actually picking since they all don't have the same views and it was ~450/night which is quite expensive. Also be aware there is a boardwalk you have to take to reach these tents, less/compact luggage that are easy to carry is the way to go!

This property is not well maintained. In the tent suites the floor heating is not working. The blinds were broken. There are certain parts of the tent that are broken or falling apart and they are not being taken care of. We felt that the units need to be repaired if they want to charge over $300 per night.

Wonderful location but we wished the amenities were updated and the onsite restaurant open. Since all other restaurants are at least 15 minutes drive away, it would have been nice to dine in some nights. When we checked the room were not clean with dusty furniture and floors still had pet hair from previous guests. But they immediately sent someone to mop and dust after we requested it. They called it a resort but it more like a rustic accommodation and the rooms prices should reflect that, especially with very limited amenities available due to on-going renovations etc.

A beautiful setting with incredible views .The tent house was well supplied and luxurious with the big jacuzzi tub . We did however need a room change as the stay in the tent house was too cold despite the gas fireplace and 2 area heaters. The staff were excellent in accommodating this and offering a room in the lodge for the 2nd night, It was disappointing that the fine dining restaurant that is advertised was closed . The resort is under new management who acknowledge the need for a lot of maintenance and updating is needed ,this was evident in every area of this beautiful resort!

We stayed here pre pandemic and it was pretty special. They’re known for their luxury tents and I’d imagine they’re still the reason to go. That said we stayed in a cabin which according to Expedia is a rustic but nice log cabin with a private spa tub. Spoiler - there is no tub, instead it’s a leaking single shower that can’t really fit most adult humans. The room wasnt like the photos at all, no log cabin and the bed and seating area was completely different. 1 out of 5, it was trash. Dirty, things broken. I can’t believe this place is still rated as a 4 star hotel. Google needs to send their people back to remove two of those stars stat! Staff was nice and gave us a new room that was a bit better, but honestly wasn’t that great. Their was a spa tub that at least filled to the top, but the jets were broken and their was a slow leak. I don’t know if new owners came in or what, but I wouldn’t recommend this place unless you are staying in the tents, but even then I’m nervous to say that since the rest of the hotel is in disrepair.
