"Many cigarettes in the main entrance, dirty elevators as well as their tracks. Clientele very debatable. Outdated rooms and bathrooms, linen on beds worn out. Employees mean well, but no training or supervision. Grooming is an issue and I suppose we are all complacent to the tattoo world that we live in. Quality of food is sub par and I have to say the coffee chosen is very 👍 "

"The historic hotel was lovely and so was the staff. Unfortunately, our fellow travelers were not. Room doors slammed shut throughout the night and woke us up. The buffet breakfast was very basic. We should have gone to a local restaurant instead."

"Friendly desk service upon check-in w/complimentary bottle of water. Clean room, comfortable bed, the ability to stream Netflix is a major plus! Water pressure in the shower fantastic. Lots of dining options nearby. I had to leave before breakfast, so can’t comment on that. All in all, would stay again!"

"Okay, I understand this was a two-star hotel and it's not in the best location and it is definitely seen better days but that room was perfect for someone with disabilities in a wheelchair. I have stayed in a lot of so-called accessible hotel rooms but this one was perfect for my needs. The large king size bed was Spartan in it's accompaniments but it was clean and unlike a lot of bargain basement hotel rooms, everything was clean and I did not see any sign of bed bugs."
