"Excellent communication, very clean residence, simple check in and check out. Two improvements: 1. The knob to turn the water on and select hot/cold in the tub/shower needs to be replaced. It does not function properly and we were not able to take a hot shower. 2. Make it clearer that the residence is apart of an apartment complex. This fact may not matter to some customers but it would have been a major component for other customers."

"We (me, husband and 10 yr old) stayed for 3 days for my husband's birthday. This little rental was perfect! It was clean and welcoming. There were extra amenities like snacks, toiletries and other items we've normally always brought ourselves to rentals. You were within walking distance of 2 restaurant, a coffee shop/book store and a few other kitche shops. It was a great location to stay!"

"Cute little apartment just as advertised. Discovered the products in the shower (shampoo/conditioner/body wash were all completely empty so was only able to rinse off. The bathroom smelled like cigarettes both mornings. Not sure where that came from. Everything else was great. Good location. If you aren’t good with stairs this a not the place for you."
